Instructions for oral and poster contribution
For the Safepork Proceeding:
You have the opportunity to submit a 2-page (poster) or 4-pages text (oral communication) based on the 2 templates to download below…
This text must be submitted on the Safepork website before 5 September.
How to submit your online publication?
- 1 - Choose ‘Oral presentation’ or ‘Poster’
- 2 - Choose your poster Session
- 3 - Drop your File
Choose to classify your poster among the 7 program sessions:
- Foodborne pathogens contamination of pigs and meat
- Hygiene practices, control and prevention
- Food safety and meat inspection
- Use of antimicrobials, biocides, metal, resistance and residues
- Risk mitigation in the pork value chain
- Foodborne pathogens and one health perspectives
- Artificial Intelligence, machine learning and Food Safety
If you do not wish to submit a text, the Summary you have previously submitted will be included in the Proceeding.
1 - Instructions for Oral communication
You will give an oral communication at the Safepork congress. You will have 10 minutes to present your work, followed by 5 minutes for questions.
For the Safepork Proceeding :
You have the opportunity to submit a 4-page text based on the attached template. This text must be submitted on the Safepork website before 5 September.
If you do not wish to submit a 4-page text, the summary you have previously submitted will be included in the proceeding.

2 - Poster Presentation
Poster presentation at the upcoming 15th International Symposium on the Epidemiology and Control of Biological, Chemical and Physical Hazards in Pigs and Pork (Safepork2025), that will be held in Rennes, France!
For the Safepork proceeding :
You have the opportunity to submit a 2-page text based on the attached template. This text must be submitted on the Safepork website before 5 September.
If you do not wish to submit a 2-page text, the summary you have previously submitted will be included in the proceeding.
For the poster:
The recommended format is the A0 format, i.e., 84.1 x 118.9 cm.
